BUSINESS MODEL USED

With the T&M business model, the Client was offered to completely outsource the work, by forming a new team with Seavus’ employees, able to respond to all of the development needs for their product development.

Seavus has provided a dedicated team and the Client was able to directly choose team members and steer the development process as well as the release dynamics.

CHALLENGES

The Client needed to minimize the product time-to-market with optimal budget costs and create customizable solutions that can be used for different clients with a different setup.

They required full involvement from Seavus regarding the design and architecture, by being proactive in proposing solutions and working together with their CTO in building their products. The architecture needed to be designed scalable with microservices and automated configurations.

CLIENT BENEFITS

The first version of the platform became operational and the first customers were on-boarded in only 4 months of the project start, enabling the Client to further enlarge its customer base.

Real-time cross-border transactions enabled the Client’s clients across the banking, travel, and financial services sectors to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and create new revenue streams. As the architecture supports scalability and manageable via Puppet, the platform is constantly being upgraded with new features and modules.

BUSINESS SOLUTION

Seavus delivered so far integrated web applications for:

  • Cross-border payments for both retail and corporate clients
  • Cross-border remittance payments, when the bank customer is not located in the country where the bank operates
  • Check statuses of payments executed through the API for banks or their clients
  • Payment assistant for connecting to the bank and collecting user account info
