  • Planning and executing the process of upgrading the Jira Software, Jira Service Desk and Confluence instances along with the installed add-ons to the latest available versions
  • Moving projects from other Jira instances to client’s Jira Software
  • Monitoring system usage and managing application and system restarts in cases needed outside of working hours
  • Creating new or modifying the existing documentation regarding the system
